Cancellation and Transfer Policy
Should you need to cancel your registration, you must mail or fax a written request or call 800-570-9812, noting which option you prefer: 1) Refund of fees (less $45 cancellation fee) by June 13, 2005; 2) For a fee of $45, transfer registration to a future conference within one year by July 12, 2005. 3) At no charge, change the name of a registrant to another individual from your church to attend in your place. Registrations cannot be split between two people and are not transferable to other churches or organizations.

Model Release
For promotional purposes, videos and photographs are taken at all conferences. Your registration constitutes permission for the WCA to use your picture in promotional materials.

Children
While families are important to us, unfortunately there are no accommodations for children or nursing infants, and we will not be able to admit them into any sessions.

*School name required to receive student/faculty rate. Donor funds have made a limited number of partial scholarships available for undergrad and graduate students, as well as college or seminary faculty. Space restrictions apply.

**Military Discount: A special rate of $95 is available for U.S. Military Active Duty and Reserve personnel and their spouses at all satellite locations. Please call 800-570-9812
