A large church provides a big community of Christians. While there are many opportunities for fellowship, the size can sometimes make it difficult to get to know people and feel connected. At First Church, we believe that by joining a Small Group, members are better able to build relationships with each other and become a part of the larger church family.
It is Jesus Christ himself who provided us with the Small Group model. He chose a group of twelve with whom to be in ministry. Small groups foster Christian growth by providing acceptance, friendship, support and love.
We hope to provide a Small Group that meets your needs. We have a
variety of groups designed for people of both genders in all phases of life such as:
- Women's Groups
- Men's Groups
- Couples Groups
- Young Adult Groups
- Senior Groups
Different small groups cater to different interests as well. There are Bible study groups, prayer groups and social groups. Small Groups meet at a variety of days and times.
