Habitat for Humanity
This outreach meets the second Saturday of each month,
from 7:30 am to 1:00 pm. Everyone over 16 years old is welcome. |
Feeding the Homeless
This outreach meets the third Friday of each month at the Community Partnership for the Homeless Center, 1550 N. Miami Ave. Meals are prepared and served by our church volunteers.
1:30 pm
Chicken Pluckers meet in the church office and ride in the church van to the Homeless Center located on 1550 N. Miami Ave.
3:00 p.m.
Cookers meet in the church office and leave in the church van to the Homeless Center located on 1550 N. Miami Ave.
5:15 p.m.
Servers meet at the Homeless Assistance Center. Servers ride in their individual cars.

Ebenezer Tutoring Program
This outreach meets Monday - Thrursday from 4:00 to 6:00 pm at Ebenezer UMC located at 2001 NW 35 St. Elementary children are helped with their homework and reading assignments. |
The Sharing Place
This outreach is about collecting clothing in good condition for distribution to various groups in Miami and abroad. The Sharing Place is always in need of men's, women's, and children's clothes and shoes. Donations can be brought to the church office. |
Thanksgiving Food Drive
This outreach is coordinated by the South Florida Urban Ministries. Our church collects canned food for the preparation of a Thanksgiving dinner for residents of Miami. Thanksgiving morning, families are invited to go to the Perrine Peters United Methodist Church to help with this outreach.

Riverside House Packets
Riverside House is a Halfway House. This outreach involves collecting items men and women can use as they are dismissed from the center. Items such as soap, toothpaste, toothbrush, comb, shampoo, etc., are useful. These can be brought to the church office. |
Community Pantry
This outreach involves collecting individual containers of food which will later be packed into lunch bags for distribution to members of the community. Donations include raisins, fruit cups, cookies, individual drinks, small canned items. These items can ve brought to the church office any time during the year. |
Neat Stuff
A distribution center and store with new items for abused, neglected, and other disadvantaged children in South Florida.

Blood Drive
This outreach is held four times a year. A bloodmobile will be at the church on a designated Sunday from 7:30 am to 1:30 pm. Help is also needed to call people, and to do publicity.
